A live race between regions

Every region on one screen, bars sliding left to right as orders close. Green at the top, red at the bottom. Nobody wants to be red for long.

Orders in ten seconds

Name, mobile, house name, quantity. Volunteers can book from any region, and it still counts for their team.

UPI or cash, tracked

Show a UPI QR for the exact amount, straight to your own account. Record the UTR, or mark cash and who's holding it.

Delivery you can see

Pending, on the way, delivered. Every volunteer sees their own list, and every coordinator sees the whole team's.

Posters that people share

Each order, supporter and sponsor gets a share-ready poster in Kerala-inspired styles: kasavu, banana leaf, coconut grove and pop. One tap to WhatsApp status.

Regions, coordinators, volunteers

Create any number of regions. Coordinators add volunteers straight from their phone contacts and give each one their duties.

In-kind sponsorships

List what you need, like 100 kg sugar, firewood or 200 L milk, and track every pledge until it's received.

Accounts that close themselves

Order collections and sponsorships flow in automatically. Add expenses, and see cash in hand, bank balance and the final balance.

Login with an OTP. Install with a tap.

Everyone signs in with their mobile number and an SMS OTP, or a password. It installs to the home screen on Android and iPhone, with no store and no updates to chase.

    You get yourname.gochallenge.cloud with your challenge name, price, unit and admins, ready the same day.

    Build your team

    Add regions and coordinators. Coordinators bring in volunteers from their contacts in a few taps.

    Volunteers book orders, share posters and collect UPI or cash. The dashboard updates as it happens.

Questions

Good to know

Does GoChallenge hold our money?

No. UPI payments go directly to the UPI ID you set, and cash stays with your volunteers. GoChallenge only records who paid, how, and who collected it.

Is our data separate from other organisations?

Yes. Every organisation gets its own subdomain and its own isolated database space. Your volunteers, customers and accounts are never visible to anyone else.

Do volunteers need to download anything?

No. They open your link, log in with their mobile number and tap "Install". It works on Android and iPhone like a normal app.

Can we run more than one challenge?

Yes. Run one challenge, then reset or set up a new space for the next one. Your posters, unit (litre, packet, kit) and price are all yours to change.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your team and how long your challenge runs. Send us a request and we'll suggest a plan, usually the same day.
